We use a lot of our own game, local lamb and the freshest seafood, bought locally on the day, for our dinners and suppers.  Dinner, which is 3 courses followed by a plate of wonderful Scottish Cheeses then coffee and chocolates served in the sitting room or, for something a little lighter, why not opt for one of our 2 course suppers.
