All prices on our website are subject to change and we reserve the right to amend them at any time.

Dress requirement
We are happy for our guests to dress in what ever makes them feel comfortable but to be considerate of others especially when dining.

Booking Conditions 
We would respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Ruddyglow Park Country House.  Credit card details are required as guarantee of the booking. In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, the full accommodation element of the booking will be charged to your card unless we are able to re-let the room(s).  Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a £75.00 cancellation charge.  We strongly advise guests to insure against this possibility.  All prices include service and VAT.  We accept no liability for the loss or damage to guests' property.

Confirmation
All bookings made by telephone must be confirmed in writing, fax or email.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash, travellers' cheques, UK cheques and PayPal.

Children
We welcome children over the age of 14.

Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs in the house but they are free to run around and enjoy the garden in complete safety
