Our Location

Ruddyglow Park is not difficult to reach; located less than 100 miles North West of Inverness. Whether you chose to hire a car or use public transport, the drive up, through the spectacular scenery will delight and inspire you. However once you go through Ullapool, and reach Sutherland, you will really be in the most beautifully scenic area in the whole of Scotland. Majestic mountains rise up to touch the sky giving you the feeling that they have been there since the dawn of time and will remain so for eternity. The drama of the highlands is awe inspiring.

Use the navigation buttons (arrows) in the top left corner to move around the map. Click and drag anywhere on the map to move it, double-left clicking will center the map at the mouse pointer position. Use the [+] and [-] buttons to zoom in or out and set the scale.

Local Directions

Leave Inverness and follow the signs for Ullapool (A832 and A835). Go through Ullapool and follow the signs for Lochinver (A835 and A837). After about 29km you will come to a T-Junction (Ledmore Junction), turn left onto the A837 and follow the road for about 17K. Ruddyglow Park is the second entrance on the Left Hand Side.

Flights
There are many regular flights between Inverness and Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds and London. The flight from London to Inverness is only one and a half hours.

Trains
The nearest train station is Lairg which is about 40 miles away.

Buses
Throughout the summer there is a bus service from Lochinver to Inverness.

Car Hire

We would always recommend that you have a car up here in order to make the most of your stay however, for those that would prefer not to drive we can arrange to have you met at the airport, taken back here in comfort and then taken back to the airport once your trip is over.
